On-Demand Mentor Calls

For urgent or complex technical issues that cannot wait for your next scheduled mentor call, you can book an On-Demand Mentor Call. These 30-minute calls provide live, one-on-one support to help you get unstuck and continue progressing.

Use On-Demand Mentors when:

  • You have exhausted other resources, like TAs or community support.
  • Your regular mentor is unavailable.
  • You need real-time troubleshooting or screen-sharing assistance.

Use TA support when:

  • You have a short, specific technical question.
  • You need quick clarification on project instructions or project issues.
  • You’re troubleshooting a minor bug or error.
