Managing Your Course Enrollment and Payments
7-Day Refund Period
We strongly recommend taking time during the first 7 days of your course to get to know the course material and the support structure available to you during your enrollment. Please also review your Enrollment Agreement and the Understanding Financial Responsibilities document provided in your orientation email.
If you decide this course isn't right for you, you can change your cohort or cancel for a full refund within the first 7 days of the course start date. For example, if your course cohort started on Monday, August 15, your 7-day trial ends on Sunday, August 21 at 11:59 PM PST.
To request a refund, please email support@springboard.com. All requests received within 7 days of your cohort start date will be honored, even if we do not process the cancellation until the following day.
When Will I Be Charged?
- Monthly Payment Plan: Your first payment is made when you enroll. Subsequent payments are charged on approximately the same date each month, aligned with your cohort start date.
- Upfront Payment Plan: A single payment is required at enrollment. If you exceed your course end date, you will need to pay for an extension.
- Climb Financing or Deferred Tuition: Refer to your loan agreement for payment details.
Financial Responsibilities
Your financial obligations depend on your payment plan. Refer to your Enrollment Agreement and Understanding Your Financial Responsibilities document for details. Your Enrollment Agreement was sent to you prior to enrollment, and the Understanding Your Financial Responsibilities Document is linked in your Student Handbook.
If you have questions, contact support@springboard.com and we will be happy to clarify any aspects of our policy to you.
Please understand that we cannot make exceptions to our refund policy or any other aspect of our financial policies, as outlined in your Enrollment Agreement. It is your responsibility to make sure that you understand your financial responsibilities, or reach out to us to ask questions if you need help understanding.
Tax Information
Unfortunately, course fees for Springboard are not tax-deductible. Since we are not eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the U.S. Department of Education, we do not qualify for education expense deductions.
Cancelling Your Course
To cancel your course, email support@springboard.com or advising@springboard.com. A team member will reach out to notify you of the next steps involved in processing your cancellation.

- You can cancel at any time, but you will lose access to the curriculum, mentor calls, TA support, and the online community.
- You cannot schedule a future cancellation date; cancellations are processed immediately.

- Whether you receive a prorated refund will depend on how long you have been enrolled, and the cancellation policy outlined in your Enrollment Agreement and your Understanding Financial Responsibilities document. Reach out to support@springboard.com if you have questions about how the cancellation policy applies to you.
- If you wish to return after canceling, email support@springboard.com. Depending on the time elapsed, reapplication may be required.
