- Resume and LinkedIn Review: Ensure your application materials make an impact.
- Networking Tips: Learn how to build and leverage professional connections.
- Job Posting Analysis: Understand job requirements and how to tailor your application.

To book a call with a Career Coach, use the links provided in the relevant units of your curriculum. For general career support, use the link in the "Helpful Links" section of your student dashboard. You can also reach the team at careerservices@springboard.com.
When Should I Start Career Coaching Calls?
Career coaching starts during your course and continues after completion. Here’s what to expect:
- During Your Course: Schedule calls as prompted by your curriculum units (average about one call per month).
- After Course Completion: You will continue to have regular access to coaching calls throughout your job search (typically for at least 6 months, or longer if extended).
Scheduling and Call Policies
Scheduling Limit
You can only schedule one of each type of career call as prompted by the curriculum. To make the most of each session, implement the advice from previous calls before scheduling more. Scheduling more than one of each type may result in cancellations by the career coach to free up availability for other students.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
You must reschedule or cancel a call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties–please see your student handbook for further details on these penalties
To Reschedule or Cancel a Call:
- Use the link provided in the confirmation email or calendar event.
- Choose a new time slot from the available options.
- If it’s within 24 hours, also email your career coach to inform them of the change.
No-Showing
If you fail to attend a call without prior notice or are more than 5 minutes late, it will be marked as a no-show. Accumulating three no-shows will result in penalties–please see your student handbook for further details on these penalties.
