- "You’re a little early!" Or "You're All Caught Up!"

Problem: When trying to join a call, you may see one of these error messages indicating that 1. You're too early for the call or 2. You're all caught up. These prevent you from joining the call and could be due to a variety of technical issues, such as problems with the Zoom integration or server connectivity issues.
Steps to solve these issues:
- Double-check the scheduled call time: Make sure you are joining the call at the correct scheduled time. If you join the call too early (within +/- 2 hours of that scheduled call time), you may see an error message indicating that your call isn't until a later time.
- Retry joining from the Mentor Dashboard or your Google calendar link: Close the Zoom client and try joining the call again from the Mentor Dashboard or using the link in the calendar event. Also, make sure you are signed in Springboard website and zoom client.
If this doesn't work - Sync with your student to start a call outside of Springboard and report the issue and the call data immediately to mentors@springboard.com to ensure it is manually accounted for.
- The host has another meeting in progress.

Problem: When joining a call, your student may encounter this error “The host has another meeting in progress”. There is a good chance you are still in another call.
Steps to solve this issue:
- Check if you correctly ended your previous call: If you are still in a call, end it before attempting to join a new one. Only then, you and your student will be able to join the new call.
- If a student is seeing this message: Have them wait for their call time to start and ensure you leave your previous call.
If this doesn't work - Sync with your student to start a call outside of Springboard and report the issue and the call data immediately to mentors@springboard.com to ensure it is manually accounted for.
- Unable to join this meeting

Problem: When getting this "Unable to join this meeting" error message, it may be due to:
- A network connectivity issue: Your internet connection may be unstable or too slow to support a Zoom call
- Meeting has ended: You may be trying to join a meeting that has already ended or was canceled
- Zoom needs to be updated: You may be running an outdated Zoom version that is not compatible with the meeting
- Zoom server issues: Zoom may be experiencing server issues that prevent you from joining calls
Steps to solve these issues:
- Close Zoom and retry to join the call from your mentor dashboard or use the link in your Google calendar event. Also, make sure you are signed in Springboard website and zoom client.
- Ensure that your internet connection is stable and fast enough to support a Zoom call.
- If the issue persists, try joining the call from a different device or internet connection
