This Mentor Journey maps the milestones a mentor in a Springboard Career Track course may experience from the start of their mentoring to the 1st student completion and onward. The hyperlinks direct you towards additional information you may be interested in.
Note that some milestones may happen earlier, later or not at all depending on your experience.
A special thanks to all mentors who helped us design this map. Please, continue to share your feedback on how we could better improve your experience. Cheers!
